Promoting and perpetuating the art of quilting

The purpose and the goal of the Georgia Friendship Quilters Guild is to promote and to perpetuate the art of quilting in all of its aspects. The work of the GFQC is designed to benefit and to educate all persons interested in preserving, continuing, and advancing this art form. The members of GFQC encourage a high standard of design and technique in all forms of quilting, and promote the art of quilting by sponsoring workshops.  Georgia Friendship Quilters Guild also supports the community through the donation of quilts to designated service organizations.
